In Excel 2013 VBA and Macros, Excel authorities Bill Jelen and Tracy Syrstad liken properties to adjectives. In the regular English language, adjectives describe or clarify a noun. In the context of Visual Basic for Applications, objects are the equivalent of nouns. Therefore, within VBA, properties (adjectives) describe objects (nouns). If you're using Excel, you may encounter the "Runtime Error 424" error with message "Object Required". This is an error with VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), and basically shows when you're referencing an object which either doesn't exist or is outside the current scope. A simple form might contain the date picker control and an Active-X button which uses the final date selected by the user in the Date Picker. Hi and thanks for your time I'm not quite a newbie, but I am totally flummoxed on image manipulation. I am writing a card game using office 2000(excel/ vba), I have 53 images (52 faces and 1 back) and I am trying to place these into 38 places on my user form. The exported png is much more blurred than manually copying that picture object to MS Paint then saving, where the quality is preserved (the texts in that png are sharp just like seen in Excel cells). Is there a way to avoid using Chart as a step? Or, is there a way to export a picture while keeping its quality?
